I did not like anything about this property or experience

Unfortunately, my experience during my stay was far from satisfactory, and I believe it is only fair that I request an immediate reimbursement for the cost of the stay. Upon arriving and entering the room, I was immediately taken aback as the room did not match the photos provided during the reservation process. The discrepancies were substantial, starting from the poor quality of, furniture d the poorly cleaned shower head that significantly limited the water flow. Moreover, the state of hygiene in the room was appalling. I noticed dust and dirt in all areas of the room, and to my dismay, there was a rat trap under the stairs, causing me immense discomfort and concern for my safety. The presence of expired food in the cupboard, which had been commented on by other visitors, added to my apprehension about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room To make matters worse, the front door of the room was broken and would not close properly, leading directly onto the street, posing a severe security risk. Additionally, the sight of loose electrical wiring outside the window and cleaning supplies left on the windowsill was hazardous and raised serious safety issues. The most distressing aspect of my stay was the terrible smell that permeated the entire house, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unwell during my brief one-night stay. Furthermore, the damaged equipment and various scratch marks on the door and floor were alarming and caused me genuine concern for my well-being. Due to the unsatisfactory conditions of the room and the lack of basic safety measures, I felt extremely unsafe and could not bring myself to stay for the rest of my planned reservation. The level of discomfort and dissatisfaction I experienced during my stay was beyond what I could tolerate, leading me to seek alternative accommodation elsewhere.

It's good quiet and calme. I will book for it next time

I didn't like the way you hold my deposit of 300 Euros for one week. I want you to return my deposit after your inspection, please

there are flys and rodents everywhere I left with bed big bites never book this place it’s awful!!!

The property is very comfortable and the staff was all the time communicated. I have no complaints

The way of check in and out Was just very good for passengers

Location is far away from the metro 🚇 and bus stations

absolutely nothing, STAY AWAY THE PROPERTY IS NOT ADVERTISED VERSUS REAL LIFE. THERE IS A ROACH INFESTATION, POOR CLEANING AND THE OWNER WILL NOT RESPOND FOR ANY HELP. STAY AWAY

EVERYTHING ITS CRAMPT NO SPACE AND NOT CLEAN STAY AWAY. POOR TRANSPORT TOO.
