I think its a good apartment, comfortable badroom and large bad, the kitchen Has refridgerator and na instuction hob. You must remamber In this building Doors havent numbers - there is Grey doormat In front of apartment . Close to metro station aubervilliers, very good wifi

Perfect place for one or two to stay in Aubervilliers/Paris

Great location (close to metro, next to boulangerie and market). Very nice size for the price. Great host who was very communicative and helpful. Very clean and cute. My favorite place I have stayed in Aubervilliers.

It’s a bit noisy as you are on a lively street, which i actually enjoy but many people might not. There is no elevator (I expected this but it may be good to know for some travelers).

FUYEZ ! Ce n'est ni moderne ni équipé ! Crasseux, extrêmement bruyant, équip cassé, juste HONTEUX

TOUT : HONTEUX : crasseux partout, rideau brûlé par la cigarette, ménage non fait, vaisselle répugnante, sang, saletés par terre, table qui n'a jamais vu une éponge de sa vie, banquette tâchée, sale, lattes du lit déboîtées ou cassées, glacial, humide, moisi, équipements cuisine sales, cassé, logement pas isolé, très très bruyant dehors et dans l'immeuble, sans pression d'eau dans la salle de bain, string dégueu laissé sous le meuble du lavabo, réponse du contact générée par l'IA, totalement indigne de BOOKING.

Le logement était sale, avec des meubles cassés avec à l’intérieur tout et n'importe quoi et un lit épouvantable. En rien ne correspond aux jolies photos qu'on avait vu ici sur Booking où tout semble lumineux et propre. En plus le logement est situé dans un quartier très bruyant et vraiment pas sympa limite dangereux le soir. Bref, on ne conseille pas du tout ce logement.

Un super séjour dans cet appart 2 pièces !

L'appartement était très propre, et visiblement remis à neuf récemment. Le fait d'avoir une chambre séparée de la pièce principale est un gros plus pour un séjour de plus d'une nuit. La situation de l'appartement, à 10min d'une station de métro, rend les déplacements dans Paris très facile. Le fait de pouvoir arriver de façon autonome est un plus pour nous qui voyageons souvent en horaires un peu décalés. Les explications pour récupérer les clefs, trouver l'appartement et les modalités de sortie du logement étaient très claires. Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour ! Merci !

Je déplore un peu l'usure de la poêle fournie dans le logement. Je n'ai rencontré aucun membre du personnel, c'est pourquoi j'ai noté "neutre". Mais le peu d'échange écrit que j'ai eu (hors message automatique) était tout à fait correct. Vraiment, je n'ai pas grand chose à redire !
