Value for money, but didn't look like it is made with attention to detail or love.

Great location if you want to visit Paris daily, value for money definitely!

* The property was not cleaned when we arrived, the floor was definitely not clean, there was dust on the table. The bathroom though felt clean enough. The sheet covers also are not ironed which makes you feel like it could be someone else using them before. Also in order to schedule an early check in I had to: 1. Send a message to someone on Whatsapp and then send a message to a second person on whatsapp 2. Pay extra 30 euros which is not mentioned anywhere in the description. In general, I 'd prefer to talk to one person from the booking app instead of having to message in the booking app and then someone else on Whatsapp. * The response time also was not that fast for issues. * Internet was slow or unresponsive most of the stays. At the end, it seemed like it was stable but still under 5 Mbps. * There are only two hangers in the wardrobe while the place is supposed to host up to 3 people.

The apartment is the same as shown in the photos, small but meets the needs of tourists who stay out all day and only return to sleep and take a shower. The kitchen is compact but functional. Nearby metro and train stations, as well as bus stops. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants nearby. And a super shoe outlet very close, besides Hoche metro station, with the best brands and incredible discounts.

Un très mauvais souvenir de la part de Booking.com qui nous laissés sans aide

Vraiment rien, désolée mais à l'arrivée on vous a prévenu vous et le prestataire et personne ne nous a recontactés mon mari et ma fille qui étaient déjà sur place le lundi ont constaté l'état d'insalubrité de l'appartement et surtout le linge Et les draps, serviettes tachés ou sales . Je suis arrivée le lendemain et j'ai dû apporter des draps des sacs-poubelle et de quoi nettoyer

Toute la prestation !!!!!!!!de la part les booking.com et du prestataire qui loue l'appartement car nous avions alerté dès notre arrivée avec des photos et des appels téléphoniques que l'appartement n'était pas nettoyé il était insalubre et les draps sales et tachés... L'intérieur sentait mauvais Personne ne nous a recontactés malgré nos plaintes

W poblizu blisko stacji metra mozna smacznie zjesc kebab + frytki + cola = cena 8 euro .Mozna tanio zakupy zrobic w markecie Leclere bagietka srednia wielkosc cena 0,35 euro jest tez chinska resteuracja . Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa na Paryz . Mozna przyjechac do studia w nocy i dzieki uzyskanym kodom do drzwi i do skrytki dla kluczy wejsc bezproblemowo do studia . Polecam

za krotko byłem niestety trzeba wracac do pracy

Cette location nous a quand même dépanné pour une nuit à Paris mais revoir ce problème de caution.

La localisation

Le problème de caution. J'ai du payer une caution de 250 € (que je n'ai toujours pas récupérée) car le fait de ne prendre qu'une empreinte de ma carte bancaire (donc faire un retrait de 0 €) n'était pas accepté par ma banque. Cela nous a fait perdre plusieurs heures pour régler ce problème. Merci de procéder au remboursement de la caution. Nous avons laissé l'appartement propre.
