Great location

Big capacity flat , great location

The flat was a bit difficult to find and is on the first floor without lift. The shower is a bit small , but to stay for a few days is okay

Great location if you're going to watch Juve at Allianz Stadium

There was a bed to sleep in and a hot shower with clean towels. Excellent location to the Allianz Stadium, across the road, you can smell the roadside bbq from the balcony.

Two flights of stairs, on a very, very narrow staircase. A lady appeared from next door and showed us where to go, but no-one from the property greeted us. Heaters go off late at night and there were no instructions for using the bedroom tv - not a great concern as we were there just for the night.

The area this place is in is not ideal for a family. It looked very dirty and did not feel safe. You also had to go up a narrow flight of stairs to the accommodation that wasn't suitable with a pram. When opening the door to the accommodation it was extremely small and damp and looked very basic. In the end we decided not to stay here and booked a hotel in the center instead which was amazing. I did contact the owner and inform them we weren't staying the night and they have offered no compensation eventhough the place does appear to be falsely advertised. This is first time I've ever walked out of anywhere.

A un passo dallo stadio

L'alloggio è ubicato al primo piano di un piccolo complesso, con corte interna e parcheggio annesso. Tra i vantaggi, il silenzio e la tranquillità di una struttura che non affaccia sulla pubblica via. Posizione: ottima per chi è interessato allo stadio (basta attraversare la strada) e alle zone limitrofe. Così così per chi invece deve andare in centro (40 minuti di autobus, che però ferma davanti casa). In zona, complice la presenza dello stadio, ci sono diversi ristoranti/posti dove mangiare, diversi bar e un centro commerciale. Alloggio: è un bilocale relativamente spazioso, con una stanza da letto carina. Sono disponibili, per la lettura, diversi libri in loco. E' presente un condizionatore, utilizzabile però solo quando si è in casa. Host responsivi e molto cortesi. Costo: commisurato a quello che la sistemazione offre.

Se proprio bisogna trovare dei difetti: i materassi, ma soprattutto i cuscini, andrebbero rivisti. La cucina non è stata utilizzata, quindi non posso esprimermi. Una chiave per il bagno potrebbe essere apprezzata.

Kurzer Familien Aufenthalt Nähe Juve Stadium

Alles wie beschrieben – sehr einfaches Self-Check-in-System. Hatten ein Problem mit dem Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter, der ausgelöst hatte. Stefano war sofort vor Ort und löste das Problem augenblicklich. Sehr bequemer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus im Innenhof. Liegt direkt neben dem Stadion. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Doppelbett quietscht etwas laut – hat uns zwar nicht am guten Schlaf gehindert, aber vielleicht könnte man das noch verbessern.

Tutto estato come annunciato. Per questo prezzo, l appartamento e bene e funzionale. E calma e a 2 passi dell Stadio, ristoranti, negozzi ecc. La vichina estata gentile, lui abbiamo donnato una bottiglia di vino 😅 perche deviamo passare sempre in fronte della sua porta.
