The property was great, just as expected. It’s on a deeper part of the river that you can’t sit in so I would recommend bringing floats.

We had so much fun! Went tubing on the Horseshoe and little Ponderosa.
Enjoyed the spacious deck as well.
The lightning bugs were everywhere, what a treat!

Great house. The second building is great for a big bunch of kids. Fantastic outdoor space with multiple decks. Absolutely beautiful scenery. The river was cold in mid-March, but it would be perfect in the summer. The Guadalupe does not have much of a current here and the river gets to be about 4 foot deep towards the middle. Perfect for floating. We will be back!!

Beautiful please but both bathrooms smelled like throw up. In one of the bathrooms, when they folded the toilet paper for the new arrival, it was like they spit I big pink blob on it.. we threw the roll away. We had to was anything in the kitchen before we used it because they were dirty or had dried food on them. Was disappointed, but had a good stay.
