Attached full bath. Take the spiral staircase to the lower level with 2 additional bedrooms. The lower level master has a king bed and full private bath, as well as access to the porch. 4th bedroom has a queen bed with a private full bath and private access to the porch. Washer and Dryer on main level for your convenience. Step out onto the lower deck with hammock, porch swing and an outside bathroom, great to use when coming off the river or while enjoying the back yard.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 13 guests. This home has room for 4-5 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
