Great property with wonderful access to the Guadalupe River. Perfect place for large groups. The house does need some maintenance but would stay here again.

Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We had a large family gathering, the deck on the back of the house was nice, as well as the area down by the river. The house was in fair condition, most everyone complained about the beds. I had to fix one of the bed frames because the leg was missing, and it was unbearable to sleep on. There were cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets and several on the floor and the floor wasn't clean. There were plenty of towels but could have more blankets available. If this house was updated with beds and more setting in the living room, I would give it a higher rating.
