If you are looking for a family vacation spot, look no more, here it is. This 4/3 home (Villa #5) was constructed mid 2016 and will satisfy all of your needs while at the river. Located between the 2nd and 3rd crossing upstream from the famous "Chute", float from the house. You have access to approximately 120 feet of Guadalupe River front with beach area and picnic tables, it is a gentle sloping concrete path (~100 steps) from the house. Tubes are available for rent next door and they provide shuttle service to bring you back to the house. The "Can Ban" in New Braunfels does not apply here. If you enjoy fishing, this is the place to be, the river is stocked December through February every Friday at Canyon Lake dam. The house is located in Trout Zone 2 so it is perfect for Fly Fishing. The home is close to Canyon Lake, Gruene and New Braunfels.
The 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home sleeps up to 14 people, comfortably (3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom downstairs). The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the other 3 bedrooms have two queen size beds each. No bunk beds here which means no climbing and safer. 2 bathrooms with single sinks & large walk-in tile showers and 1 bathroom with double sinks & large walk-in tile shower. The kitchen has a large island with seating and a separate kitchen table for your dining pleasure. The large living room has 2 sofas and 1 theater sofa. Also, a large covered deck with seating and views to increase your outdoor experience. The home is fully furnished; it includes sheets & pillows for the beds, hand towels for the bathrooms & dish towels. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerator & ice maker, oven range, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Other kitchen supplies include plates, bowls, coffee cups, glasses, utensils, mixing bowls, pots, pans, cookie sheets, mixing spoons, spatulas, knives, measuring cups, can opener, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, and blender. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided along with DVD player. Outside you have plenty of seating with chairs, rockers, sectional and picnic tables. A BBQ grill and heavy BBQ smoker, you will need to provide your own charcoal or wood.
