Barn "dominium" House #2 - 3/2 home. Sleeps 14. Master: Queen. 2nd Bedroom: 2 full over full bunk beds. Loft: 2 Queens
No Smoking. 2 Dogs Allowed under 40 pounds. $25 per night, per dog. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

House in not riverfront, however it does include direct access to the Guadalupe River across the street.

Huge yard with carport, picnic table and firepit! Relax on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the firefly’s dance. Across the street there is a gated walkway with direct access to the Guadalupe River. Nice shallow area of the river great to bring a chair and sit in the water and watch the tubers go by! Little Ponderosa Outfitters is right down the street to rent tubes and shuttle service. Just a short drive to Sattler with a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store and dining options.

Welcome to the Ponderosa Country Haus!! Newly renovated 2-bedroom 2 bath home that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Walk into this cozy house with a fully equipped kitchen that includes all the comforts of home. Kick back and play some games at the dining table with 2 bench seats and 4 chairs. 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a comfy sofa. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2nd bedroom is the bunk room. Spacious with 3 sets of full over full bunks. Big comfy sofa in bunk room as well as a large closet for your river gear. Smart TV also in bunkroom. Guest bath is off the living room with Washer and Dryer included.

The barndominium is an amazingly unique rustic but elegant place to stay. Newly renovated 3-bedroom 2 bath home that can accommodate 14 guests. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, sink into the huge sectional to watch the big screen 75-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The dining table seats 10 with 4 additional bar stools for the kitchen island. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with full size appliances, pot/pans, dishes. All the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. Guest bathroom is convenient to all rooms downstairs. All 3 bedrooms have 65-inch Smart TVs. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, and private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full over full bunk beds, and the loft space has 2 queen beds.

There are wonderful tube rentals, shuttle services, and entertainment up and down River Road! The best fishing in the area! This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting December 1st! Just a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer several restaurants, entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Close to the San Marcos outlet malls, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Maximum occupancy of 28 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

You can park 12 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. WORD permit #L1364

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to float one day but then the horrific flooding started and we were stuck at the property for over 24hr. Luckily everyone was safe and we had plenty of food and water. Made the best out of a terrible situation. We did have trouble finding the entry point to our river access, mainly due to the gate shown in the pictures with the addresses was completely gone.
