Great chalet
We had a wonderful stay at this chalet! The place is very comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location is great, not too far from the funicular, making it easy to access the slopes. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with a lot of useful information, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The chalet had plenty of space for our whole family, and we felt right at home. It was a pleasure to stay here, and we would be happy to book again next year!
The mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable

Great holiday in Pamporovo
We spent Christmas and New Year's Eve in Pamporovo. We loved the house, it was very comfortable and clean. It is located in a forest, about 2km from the main road and about 3.5-5km from the sky slope. It has a large living room at the ground floor with a nice fireplace, a fully equipped kitchenette and a toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms, two large bathrooms and a balcony. We had a large smart TV in the living room and a PS4, and an older flat-screen TV in the master bedroom. We had good WiFi Internet connection about 90% of the time we stayed there. Although we didn't meet our host face to face, communication was great and she made sure we have everything we need for a great holiday. We will definitely come back.
Parking close to the house was sometimes difficult
