It was clean , decent, nice house.

We rented for 6 adults, for the 2 persons sofa beds were not so comfortable

We enjoyed staying in the centre of the old city in a relatively private area close to a supermarket and laundromat. The resident cats were a hit with the kids!

The property while clean and well resourced is a little run down and could benefit from a bit of care especially in the bathroom fixtures, and regarding the air conditioner. The doors were a bit tricky to open and one of the rooms doors did not close. A word that there is no transport within the old city so be prepared to walk your suitcase across the cobblestones. Also any transport requires you to go outside old city walls

The house itself was ok, apart from one very tiny bathroom for all of us, and I mean tiny.....and there were tiny little ants on the kitchen bench the whole time. The location was great 👍 The walled garden was great, apart from it smelling of cat urine constantly, but I'm not sure what they can do about that considering it's from stray cats. It was worse first thing in the morning, improving into the evening. It was very clean, and the pillows were brand new.

The hot water was non-existent when we arrived. Being solar heating it had obviously been used by the previous guests who only departed at 12pm and then the cleaning, which was performed until we arrived at 3pm. There is a switch in the electrical meter box which we were not told about ......we had no response from the managers, the 2 Marias, for 25hrs, which resulted in no showers for our first evening after a hot day of walking around, and the next morning when we went off on a tour for the day. Over 24hrs of no response to a plea for hot water is not acceptable, especially considering what we were paying. Then, when they finally responded, the switch in the electrical box wouldn't stay on to heat the water, but we were in an ok cycle with the solar heating by then. Overall communication was not great. 2nd issue, don't expect the wifi to work at all, even when the managers re set it, so even though there is Netflix on the tvs, it doesn't work as the network speed is so slow. Sometimes, stepping out the front door allowed us to load a web page 🙄 The bedding was also insufficient, one thin blanket for April nights is not enough, but I rummaged around in the cupboards and found some more for the 4 of us. Towels were thin and small.
