Perfect location!! The room was new, spacious, well-equipped, and generally clean.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues. The safe wasn't working, and they forgot to send me the second code for the inner door, which delayed my entry to the room. The bathroom also didn't seem to have been cleaned properly. I found hair in the shower, and the floor was sticky, so I had to clean it myself.

The location is amazing, and very easy to check in and check out. The communication with the host was also very clear and fast.
You can hear the music from neighbour bars until 4-5am, but that is not a problem if you go to sleep around that time!

Location was great, shoulder season, wouldn’t want to stay there during high season due to the night club next door. The music stopped about midnight when we were there.
There are no doors so it’s essentially one big room, which is fine for a couple, but not for a third person. The beds were very uncomfortable. The “sofa bed” shouldn’t really be used as a bed. There were no pods provided for the coffee machine.
