The hosts were wonderful (very helpful and friendly), the breakfasts were fabulous and the room was great - it felt like a real escape from the outside and having a terrace was lovely. So glad I stayed in the old town - it's much more atmospheric, but still easy to get to the beach etc.
A nearby restaurant played music loudly in the evenings but I suspect this would be the case wherever you stay in the old town

the breakfast was amazing!! nothing was too much trouble and Effie would do whatever you wanted for breakfast and more. Fresh fruit/yoghurt/granola and a cooked different breakfast daily plus toast/ bread. Best were her freshly baked cakes!!
