Really close to restaurants and the main strip. One of the only places with a terrace which was really good. Great place for the price we paid. Great owner.
Place really needs an update. The pictures don’t really capture what it looks like now. Neighbours are a bit of a buzz kill (talking at a normal level at 6pm and shouted at). Needs a good clean and just sort out some easy issues like the fridge doors, fly screens, cupboard doors, and drawers on dresser

Front entrance door requires a piece taken off of the bottom to allow closing without forcing and scratching floor tiles.
It would be good if hand shower had wall bracket.

Location and size of property.
Bedding was old, lumpy pillows old blankets no doona. No comfortable couch to sit on just extra bed. No tea or coffee making.
Very closed up smell when we arrived.
