BOSA Homestay - Mekong Riverside

The owners provided breakfast and dinner and the owner cooked some marvelous meals. Very tasty and plenty of food. They took time to assist us and also entertain with Bosa playing some musical instruments.

There were some old push bikes that have not been maintained and are in poor shape.

This was far more than just a place to sleep , it was an experience. Bosa and Phoenix don't just host you; they welcome you into their home and share their culture, food, and stories. The room was clean and comfortable, and the peaceful riverside atmosphere was perfect. We stay there 2 nights. No problem to call grab and go to the town.

One small thing but in this humid climate it was not a big problem. . No hot water in the shower , only warm water which was even refreshing. 😀

I was really looking forward to trying their food after reading all the great reviews, and it did not disappoint. Both the dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Phenix is a wonderful cook. She prepared a different dinner every night during our three-night stay, and every meal was incredibly tasty. The room was spacious and very clean. There is no hot shower, but the weather is quite warm, so the cool shower was actually refreshing. We are also quite used to cold showers anyway. The owner, Bosa… where should I start? Both Bosa and Phenix were very welcoming from the moment we arrived and were extremely helpful, giving us lots of information about Can Tho. We also joined Bosa’s floating market tour. It was so much fun and a great experience. He prepared everything very well for us and was an excellent guide. I highly recommend this tour. We would definitely love to come back again.

The stay was a fabulous experience. BOSA and Phoenix and their family were warm and welcoming. The food was outstanding and the surprise music entertainment just added to the charm. Perfect!
