・社員の印象が非常に良い。
・繁華街のど真ん中なので、夜遊びをする人向け。
・タクシーでは現地まで行けない為、ベトナム初心者ではホテルにたどり着くのに苦労した。
・Google Mapの名前とBooking.comの名前が微妙に異なる為、現地が分からなかった。
・繁華街のど真ん中なので、朝6時までかなり煩い。

El apartamento es espacioso, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar 4 dias. Tele, sofa, cama grande, cocina, todo limpio y buen olor. Servicio de lavanderia gratis. Bien pero mucho ruido por la noche. Es barato por la ubicación.
Muchisimo ruido por la noche hasta las 4-5am.
El barrio está lleno de prostitutas que gritan buscando clientes y se escuchan los gritos constantes por la noche.

In the heart of Japan Town. Plenty of good food and bars available within walking distance.
Has an elevator.
Has Privacy.
No direct access by car or taxi, so if you have baggage it is a 200mtr walk over uneven surfaces. If it rains, you get drenched.
Poor WiFi. Sometimes working, sometimes not.
Had one instance of Noise at 8am, due to some drilling work in the adjacent building.
