About this house rental
Come enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer while staying in this beautiful, newly constructed home a short walk from Town! This stunning property has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath and an additional half bath (4.5 bath total) for the ultimate guest experience. The home was built in December 2017 and decorated by a professional interior designer boasting a clean, fresh and modern feel. The home is located between town and The Westmoor Club.
This fabulous new home has central air and two floors of living space, with an additional living area on the second floor. Flooring throughout the home is rustic white oak. The home is equipped with the highest quality appliances throughout. Highlights include Sonos stereo sound system and 5 TVs. Nantucket inspired décor features pieces by Serena & Lily, Restoration Hardware, and Arhaus Furniture.
1st floor: The first floor has an open floor plan with plenty of natural light. The foyer leads directly back to the open concept kitchen, dining and great room area. The great room’s focal point is the fireplace centered on a spectacular shiplap wall. The gourmet kitchen is the perfect place for hosting family and friends and features stainless steel appliances and Wolf gas range. The kitchen features custom-built cabinets and beautiful white quartz countertops. The connected Butler’s pantry features ample storage space with custom built-ins and a 24” wine refrigerator and sink. The first floor also offers a guest bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bath with a double sink vanity.
2nd floor: A bright stairway leads to three bedrooms including the master suite. Unwind and relax in this spacious master room with a cathedral ceiling, shiplap accent wall, TV, walk-in closets with built-ins and en suite bath with shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a king size bed with en suite bath and the third bedroom offers a queen size bed with en suite bath. Entertain and relax in the bonus living space area located on the 2nd floor, furnished with a large sectional couch with queen pull out bed and TV. At the top of the stairs is a full-size washer and dryer.
The sunny backyard offers a Bluestone Patio, private side yards and an outdoor shower. The patio provides comfortable lounge seating, a dining table and chairs and a propane grill ideal for summer barbecues. The home also has a white shell driveway with ample space for two cars.
The house is fully equipped with Yeti coolers, beach chairs and towels, a sun umbrella, Bote paddleboard and two brand new bikes (one men's, one women's).

The home is located just west of town and is in a prime spot for exploring all of Nantucket’s beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Enjoy the surrounding bike paths and walking trails or grab a cocktail at the nearby Cisco Brewery! This house is in a great spot for exploring the island, with or without a car.

The house was great. It feels very new and every bedroom has a bathroom. We were 4 couples and it was very comfortable. We walked to town and to jettis beach. The host was very prompt in her responses. I would highly recommend this house.

The property is very nice and clean and has a fresh feeling to it. The check-in process was simple and it was nice that the owners have an SUV available for the renters. Additionally, the location is great as it is within walking distance to town and the beach.
