About this house rental
Spacious and private, built in 2018, includes RAV 4, heated, lit pool built in 2025; automatic cover, hot tub and lounging/kids area. Our beautiful, spacious, home is the perfect place for you to relax and truly enjoy the beauty of Nantucket. 5 BR, sleeps 11, 3 BA, LR, FR, DR, fireplace, large open, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Large dining room seats 8 and opens to a deck with furnishings and seating for 14 and a gas grill. The huge, private yard with heated pool and outdoor shower is surrounded by the natural growth, many hydrangeas ( and lots of deer)!. The Front covered porch with Adirondack chairs and a porch swing is bordered with hydrangeas and the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
Everything you need is included except you , your family and your peaceful, relaxed “island attitude”!
We provide all linens, beach towels and equipment , baby/kids toys, a full crib, even 7 bikes! Kids bikes too! We are right on the bike path to Cisco beach and cisco brewery.
On the “Edge of town “, this perfect vacation home is just 1 1/2 miles from town and 1 1/2 miles from Cisco beach. Near the famous Cisco Brewery! No need for a car. But we include one anyway!! Walk , bike ( seven bikes included) or take the free shuttle everywhere( we are right on the path). This is your place for a long overdue relaxing, memorable vacation on this enchanting island known as the “ Little Gray Lady at Sea.”

Beautifully appointed home. Extremely comfortable for our family of five and two friends of our daughter's. Location was great for mid-island. Close to many of the main bike paths. Town is a 30 minute walk or 7 minute drive. We had a car, but uber very easy as well. Easy bike or drive to cisco and surfside beaches as well. Bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards all in the shed for use! Lisa, the host, made it all very easy. We had an amazing time and everyone loved the house!!

My group of 7 women stayed here for a birthday weekend during Nantucket wine and food festival and had the best time. The house is well stocked, spacious and accommodated us all comfortably. Large dining room table that fit us all when we had a meal at the house. Short distance from town, we could’ve walked but chose to Uber given the weather and ubers were readily accessible. There were also bikes provided which some of us used to get to Cisco brewery. Since we came in May, we didn’t use the outdoor shower but noticed in the laundry room there were also plenty of beach towels. Lisa also left us a lovely welcome gift and notes for recommendations for things to do. Next time I am back on the island I would book Lisa’s home again!
