Great location, needs some updating

- Location is amazing, loved hearing the bells and being so close to the lake - Unlike so much of Lake Como, this felt like a town locals lived in and the unit is a perfect location for exploring town (also the best gelato of the trip is in Mandello del Lario) - air conditioning made sleep possible

- Felt like the whole apt. needs some repair work. 2/3 bathroom toilet roll holders were broken + one shower handle kept falling off...silly, basic stuff you'd expect to work. - Some of the basics for a rental were lacking. There weren't even 4 bowls to use for breakfast or paper towels or extra toilet paper (and the sponge provided was so icky we bought our own), there were only 2 pillows/bed and no extra bedding (and when we requested a few extra items to make us more comfortable, it felt like I put the host out asking for extra bedding).

Amazing apartment, even three bathrooms, it's very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is in a very good location, away from the noise, right next to the lake shore. I recommend it.

Perfect location a stone’s throw away from the lake and ferry. Beautifully restored old house with all modern amenities. Monica is a lovely hostess

We liked everything about this wonderful apartment. Thank you to Monica and her parents for their hospitality. There were three bedrooms in our apartment. It was very convenient for staying of three girls :)) the location was wonderful, just in front of the lake. The apartment had everything for the comfortable stay.

We liked everything, just the water did not subside in one of washbasins. But there were two more and it wasn’t a big problem.

This property was clean and charming in its decor and we would book here again.

The location was perfect and the host was very communicative. We were able to come and go with ease and everything we needed was nearby. The lake is right there! It was a wonderful experience.

Parking options were limited but the host was specific about when and where to park to avoid possible fines. It was a small space but we had everything we needed.

Exceptional

Monica is very friendly hostess. The apartment is perfectly equipped and located only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We've got free beach towels and chaise-longues (only during weekends a plastic chaise-longue costs 5 Euro per day). Free parking is only 30 meters from the apartment. There was nothing to complain about. We really enjoyed our stay.

Idealny apartament w cudnym miejscu

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo pomocni gospodarze. Apartament przestronny, bardzo funkcjonalny. Obok na ryneczku świerka lodziarnia, piekarnia i najlepsza restauracja ever!!! Samo miasteczko jak jezioro cudne. Wrócimy tu na pewno!!!

Toplocatie, ideaal voor paar dagen aan het Como meer.

Prachtig gelegen, typisch Italiaans appartement. We hadden het bovenste appartement met maar liefst 3 badkamers en een airco. Middenin het dorpje met bakkers en restaurants vlakbij. Fijne communicatie via whatsapp.

We vonden de bedden niet zo fijn, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Świetnie zlokalizowany apartament, w cichej, kameralnej uliczce, dosłownie kilkanascie krokow od jeziora i restauracji, bardzo czysty, z dużą ilością łazienek.

Bardzo polecam! Spędziliśmy 3 noce w apartamencie na parterze. Wszystko bez zarzutu. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna i świetny kontakt. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna. Tuż przy jeziorze. Blisko do restauracji i stacji promowej. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania jeziora. Pozdrawiam!

Un sitio con mucho encanto.

El alojamiento es espectacular, al igual que la ubicación. La calle donde está ubicado es de postal. Tienes todo cerca, los lidos, sitios donde tomar algo, el lago y la estación del ferry. Ha sido todo un acierto, tanto que tenemos intención de repetir en cuanto podamos.

Super dejlig beliggenhed, fin lille lejlighed med alt vi havde brug for. Der var tilmed en lille kurv på spisebordet ved ankomst med kaffe/te og brød mulighed. Værten, Monica er fantastisk hjælpsom og imødekommende. Vi fik bl.a. hjælp med oversættelse fra italiensk i en app til at kunne lade bilen, hvilket var helt nødvendigt.

Schöne Wohnung um die Ostseite vom Comersee zu entdecken

Monica war sehr gastfreundlich. Es war sehr ruhig und man braucht auch kein Auto um sich zu bewegen. Die Restaurant in der Umgebung waren ausgezeichnet. In jedem Zimmer hatte es eine Klimaanlage.

Bis auf ein paar laute Nachbarn in der Nacht war alles sehr gut.

Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική, εξυπηρετική,καθώς και οι συνεργάτιδα της Ratsel.Μας βοήθησε στο ανέβασμα και κατέβασμα αποσκευών..μέχρι το αυτοκίνητο και δεν δεχόταν ούτε φιλοδώρημα.Αν ξανα παμε εκεί θα μείνουμε. Όλα κοντά και ήσυχα Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!

Kurz, bewegend, unvergäslich.. Danke.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr freundlich um zuvorkommend. Abbondio hat uns sehr lieb begrüßt, obwohl er mehrere Stunden auf uns gewartet hat ( Danke Abbondio). Monica hat sehr freundlich und geduldig, alles arrangiert und um unser Wohlfühlen gesorgt. Und Linda war der wahre Schatz, der uns alle Restaurants persönlich gezeigt hatte. Die zwei Tage mit der italienischen Familie waren ein schöner Abschluss unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs in Südfrankreich. Die Lage in einer Gasse in der Altstadt, nur wenige Schritte vom See entfernt, hat uns beeindruckt

Die Erdgeschosswohnung in dem renovierten Altbau war bei der Ankunft ziemlich feucht. Ein Entfeuchter hat die Lage deutlich gebessert.
