Exceptional

Very nice and beautiful apartment. We were there for 2 nights with 2 children. The host is very friendly. Milk, cookies and wine were as a gift. The apartment have everything for the beach: towels and umbrellas. The big and free beach is in 10 minutes walk. The apartment is in the quiet area.

Very lovely place with full equipped apartment and a very kind owner who really takes care you!

Very nice welcome with welcome drink and breakfast. Prompt check in with all necessary and useful information about the apartment (how-tos). I got all my questions answered. The owner is a lovely lady who always asked if everything was okay and if we need help. As soon as I contacted her, she answered immediately and solved everything for us. We travel a lot with my family, so I really have a lot of experience. This place is perfect for an enjoyable holiday! The beach is near, the surrounding is quiet in the night, however everything important is near (bars, restaurants, lido, petrol station, supermarket, really everything). If you plan a trip to Viareggio and don't want to stay in a hotel, you MUST choose this place! 10/10

Exceptional

Superb location. Near the beach, the bus, the town, access to other towns and places, beautiful pinewood, shops, everything. Gorgeous hills in the distance. The host was friendly and helpful. The local people are so friendly and helpful too.

Very good

Very large appartment with 2 bedrooms and very good airconditioning in all the rooms. 2 balcony’s and a well equiped kitchen. Own parking place, but this one is very very small. There is a elevator, but you first have to take a small stair to reach the elevator. Within 10 minutes you reach the boulevard and beach by foot. But overall a very clean appartment with a lot of facilities like dishwasher and washmachine.

The appartment is close to a big road and in the evening you hear the cars. The appartment is very very noisy. You will hear everything from the apartments around you. We could follow a phone call of the neighbour exactly at 23:45.

The room was good, just what we needed. Location worked well for us.

Dejligt lejlighed med alt hvad du behøver. God beliggenhed tæt på stranden og lige over broen så var der lækre restauranter, vinbar og lille supermarked. Vi manglede ikke noget

Toller Zwischenstopp in unseren Italien Roadtrip

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, Rosa war mega nett und die Flasche Wein als Gastgeschenk hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, die Weg zum Strand waren ca. 15 Minuten, zur Stadt etwas länger aber alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, diese Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

die Aussicht und der kleine Parkplatz aber das ist Jammern auf einem hohen Niveau

Gute Lage , in zweiter Reihe nahe Strandpromenade, aber ruhig gelegen, Gut eigener Parkplatz, wenn auch etwas klein, Übergabe, bestens organisiert, Wohnung und Küche, komplett ausgestattet, als Begrüßungsgeschenk, eine Flasche Wein und Kaffee für die ersten Tage, alles sauber, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, zwei Balkone, Rollos, vor allen Fenstern, helle, freundliche, moderne Ausstattung, wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen , Hund war willkommen

Bellissima esperienza

La casa era accogliente ed in una posizione strategica, infatti, 5 minuti di camminata (con i bambini) ed eri sul lungo mare di Viareggio. Devo fare i complimenti alla Sig.ra Rosa che si è preoccupata di noi nei minimi dettagli. Siamo arrivati oltre l'orario di check in e vista l'ora mi ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di latte per i bambini. Inoltre si è preoccupata di noi anche per il rientro. Questo è quello che fa la differenza! un accoglienza così l'ho sentita solo a casa e lei ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und würde auf jeden Fall wieder gehen.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, hat Klimaanlage, hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und die Lage ist super! In 5 min ist man am Strand. Rosa ist eine sehr nette Person die immer für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Super Gastgeberin!

Das einzige was ich erwähnen kann ist, dass der Duschvorhang sehr kurz ist und beim Duschen sehr stört.
