The landlords get the best note. Uncomplicated, helpful and polite. The apartment is well equipped, even Swiss standards are fulfilled. Would recommend it to everyone.

The locatin is perfect , 10 minutes from the beach, everything was clean, verry comfortable beds there was some staff for kids we appreciated it , the appArtment looks exactly how we saw it on booking

There was no air condition but after 2 days we get used to it :)

- Our hostess was very kind. She picked us up from the railway station when we arrived, and brought us back to the railway station after we checked out. Thus, we did not have to take the bus with a lot of luggage. She speaks English very well, which made it really easy to communicate. - The apartment was wonderful. Everything was new, modern, clean, spacious. Everything you need was available. Enough crockery and cutlery, kitchen tools, pans, dishwasher, water cooker, hair dryer, washing machine. There were 2 bathrooms, both with shower, toilet and bidet. - There were good facilities for small children. We travelled with a 5-year old and a 1-year old. There was a baby bed, a high chair, a baby changing facility, lots of plastic cups and plates, some toys to play with (a toy kitchen, cash register, animal farm, colored pencils and paper). The children loved to have their own little table in the living room. There are also some dvds, but only in Italian and English, so bring your own dvds if your children don't understand those languages. - For the children, there were some very nice playgrounds nearby. In Lido di Camaiore there is Parco Pitagora. This has a playground where you can play for free, and a nice variety of paid attractions for small children. On the other side of the Via Aurelia, there is also a park with a playground, but it was not as well maintained as the playground in Parco Pitagora. In Viareggio, there is the pinetree forest (Pineta di Ponente). There are 2 free playgrounds there, and in the southern half of the forest, there are many paid attractions and bicycle rental places (where you can rent almost anything that rides on wheels. Not only regular bikes, but also go-karts, family bikes, etc.). The beach was also very close by, but since we visited in April, it was not really beach weather yet. The sea water was still too cold for swimming and the beach was very quiet. I'm sure that will be very different as the temperature rises.

- The upper bunk bed felt very unstable. It shaked and squeaked when you enter it. I informed the hostess and she said she would take action, so hopefully this won't be a problem anymore for future guests. - The oven did not have a microwave function.

El apartamento muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. Beatriz perfecta anfitriona.

Casa grande, molto pulita e molto spaziosa, compresi tre balconi, con molti vani utili a tenere in ordine le cose. Camere grandi di cui una con bagno in camera. Cucina molto ben attrezzata. Apprezzabilissima la cameretta con giochi per bambini (e ben tre letti) Posizione abbastanza comoda, fuori dal caos del centro ma non troppo lontana e con facilità di parcheggio. Grande disponibilità e cortesia della padrona di casa, molto efficiente nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste.

L'unico pecca è che non lontano c'è un tragitto molto utilizzato dalle ambulanze, che passano frequenti con sirena accesa: ma con i doppi vetri sarebbe risolta.
