About this house rental
The Ponente is located in the heart of the Viareggio's old center, surrounded by the beach, the main city park, the outdoor market and the old railway station.
The house strategic location in the old center of Viareggio makes it a great choice for visitors who want to relax and enjoy the town as well as for the ones who may want to use it as a starting point for visiting Cinque terre, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano and much more.
The Ponente has a small terrace on the first floor, facing east, towards the mountains.
A child bed is available upon request.
All members of the party must be 25 or older except in the case of minors accompanied by their parents.
ADDITIONAL COSTS TO BE EXPECTED
- June/July/Aug/Sept: The city of Viareggio requires the payment to of a "tourist tax" equal to: 2.0 EUR/night/person above 18 years of age for a maximum of 10 nights. This is not included in the cost of the rent and it is expected to be paid in cash at arrival.
- Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr: The heating is not included and must be paid in cash at the time of departure, based on consumption. The cost is 0.39 EUR/m3.
- If you are bringing with you a pet, we kindly ask you to let us know before or at the time of booking. A fee of 30EUR/pet will be charged and collected in cash at arrival.
- The city of Viareggio requires a parking permit to be acquired. The cost of such permit is either 20EUR/week or 7EUR/day.
