Appartemento perfetto. Ci ritorneremo.
La casa è super confortevole. Tutto molto pulito. I termosifoni funzionano benissimo. La zona in cui è situata è centrale, ci sono dei supermercati che si possono raggiungere a piedi e per scendere al centro di Viareggio si può anche tranquillamente andare a piedi.
Purtroppo i parcheggi vicini sono a pagamento. Ci sono dei parcheggi gratuiti a circa 10 min di cammino.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Italien.
Schönes Haus. Zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten zum Strand. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Super Lage. Wir waren in Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und Carrara. Nach San Gimignano sind es ca 2h.
Es war etwas kalt im Wohnzimmer und wir haben die Heizung nicht anbekommen.
