A lovely break but could do with some improvements
We liked its central location and its nearness to the beach and facilities. The apartment was large enough to accommodate 4 people easily. Communication was very good. We loved Viareggio itself, the people, the food and the beaches. Good place to go for a beach break and we used it as a stepping stone to come back inland in Italy.
Whilst the apartment was clean it needs a bit of updating, particularly the shower facilities. There were no instructions on how to use anything so it was guess work. We'd travelled since 4 am from the UK and there was no provision of even water to drink in the apartment.

It was light and airy in a fabulous location. The space was excellent, comfortably accommodating 5 adults, 2 kids and a large dog.

Gli spazi, la posizione e la presenza dell’ascensore nel palazzo.
La poca pulizia e il fatto che non corrispondesse esattamente alle foto presenti su Booking, dà l’idea di essere un po’ trascurata. Soprattutto i bagni avrebbero bisogno di essere ristrutturati.

Abbastanza soddisfacente
Alloggio molto spazioso e comodo ai servizi, l' host Sara è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ha saputo consigliarci al meglio per la zona parking, e locali ristoro.
Servizi e sanitari troppo datati, l'alloggio è molto ampio e spazioso ma necessita di una rinfrescata alle pareti e di un restyling dei bagni. Per il resto siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Vicinanza al centro, gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria.
Cucina e soprattutto bagni molto datati, dalle finestre entra aria, abbiamo avuto problemi con riscaldamento.
