Our host and his wife were very nice people, the landlord speaks a good english, while him and his wife were both very nice and helpful.The location is well aproachable by car, and by public transportation (bus). We walked to swim most of the time to Plage de Soleil in Golf de Juan - it is a nice sandy beach 1 km from the house. The property is a nice refurbished 'Villa - Mansion'. It has already sunbeds on the terrace, which we didn't use though beeing busy with the kids and the sights. The host lent to the kids some sea-equipment to use during our staying. We unloaded the car upstairs and used the private parking in the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with ice-making fridge, the living room we could darken and cool nicely with AC, and had a really nice sea-view.
Located near to a road, but it was well shut-out by the insulating windows.

It's an amazing experience to live in this house with a beautiful sea view in each room.
The house is neat and clean, located in the place where it's convenient to go to either Cannes or Nice.
Impressed by the hospitality of the host.
Will choose this place for future's visit.
