never book this apartment - Incorrect address is provided in order confrimation

nothing at all.

NEVER book this apartment is was AWFUL. We booked an apartment on the adr. Rue d´Antibes 74-84 Cannes this adr was also on our orderconfirmation BUT at arrival in the keyboks we got the info. to go to an apartment 600 meters from the confirmed adr. away from the city. The apartment was dirty and really need a heavy cleaning, the WIFI was awful only working 1/2 time, there was pigeon and pigeon shit all over the terrace and on the furniture on the terrace we had to wash it daily to sit out there. Besides this the view of the terrace was to an awful backyard. The air-condition was making a lot of noise. Lots of loose skirting boards all over the floor.. contacted the rental company at arrival ... but they did´nt care.... NEVER EVER BOOK this apartment.

This apartment definitely contributed to have a perfect 4-day trip in Cannes.

The apartment is right in the center of Cannes. I didn't expect to be in such a perfect location - stepping out of the building right in the middle of Cannes full of fashion stores, restaurants, bakeries, beach everything. And I mean literally right there! Beach - 2 min walk (golden sand with crystal clear water) Restaurants - 1 min walk (at least 30 amazing restaurants all around) Bakeries - 2 min walk (geez, French bread is to die for) Stores - 0 min walk (right there!) Castle - 20 min walk (walk through the street that leads straight to the castle with a panoramic view of the city). And the best is that this location isn't a party area, no loud music, no loud tourists, you an live there like you are a resident of Cannes. The apartment has 2 normal size bedrooms, two big enough bathrooms, and a big American-style kitchen/dining/living area.

Nothing, all was good. The most inconvenient thing was that we've arrived late at night and had to take a taxi to get the key from far away from the apartment. It cost us an extra 50 that wasn't calculated. A key locker at the location of the apartment would be great to have. But this doesn't belittle the fact that the apartment was amazing!

Best stay in Cannes with affordable price.

Cozy apartment with everything for some days vacation. In the best road Rue d’Dantibes with shops, boutique and restaurants. We felt like in our summer home :) The host very friendly.

Great, spacious and well equipped apartment

Very convenient location. The staff are very responsive and provided quickly anything that we needed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The fact that it had 2 bathrooms was really great.

Wifi was a bit slow, other than that everything was perfect!

Good location, comfortable although the apartment is more for two people than for 4, clean, in a quiet place

The day before arrival we were written a message (in small letters, hard to see that it is an address) another address where we will be accommodated, and we had already paid a taxi from the airport to the address where the accommodation was originally paid for. We also expected that there would be everything that was stated in the list when choosing the apartment, but still there was none: basic hygiene and cleaning products, such as hand soap, the offered shampoo and shower gel were literally for one use and not for a 4-day stay for 2 tenants, there were no bathrobes or slippers, there was no means to wash dishes by hand, there were no spare bags for sorting waste, there were no kitchen towels and the roll paper in the kitchen was at a minimum... and not all the lights worked... These things are not such a big problem, but if we had known in advance , we would have taken it with us, instead of having to search late at night where there is a store to buy hand soap after a whole day at airports...

We liked it and enjoyed and definitely recommend it, it's well suited to families with children.

We are a family with 2 small children: 2 and 4 years old, stayed there for 10 nights and we enjoyed it. The apartment is in a perfect location, on the main street, it's quiet despite the location. There's everything you need right as you walk outside the building: shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bus and train stations are easy to reach, the beach is about 5 min walk. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, it has a dish washer, washing machine, A/C, TV, Wifi, ...

Well nothing to complain about, the air conditioner in the living area was a bit noisy.

Recommend to everybody will be definitely back

Everything from booking to arrival to check out I spend all my life in Cannes due to my family we moved abroad but still coming 5 times a year or more to cannes .... The appartment was amazing it has a nice Master bedroom with toilet and bathroom and a huge leaving room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen 2 TV lift secure door air conditioning and right in the center... What else? I will always recommend this lovely appartment to my friends if you are coming with a car there is a private parking gray d'Albion you can get 1 week or more subscription and you are 2 minutes walk distance from the appartment The host is professional friendly and serious

Disappointed

Location is good.

The property has two attic apartments that rent them for four adults, and which are not suitable for four adults. One of that apartments has a shower in the bedroom, with glass doors, which is not comfortable for four adults. They do not have enough bed linens and towels, it is not clean enough, there is no dresing. Water in the toilet only goes sometimes. When you call the property they say that the second day is coming to solve the situation, but no one appears the second day. ( I can prove with pictures if you need it). Very disappointed with these apartments that have too high a score compared to others. Every New Year's holiday I spend in Cannes, in different properties.

Soggiorno a Cannes ... così così

La posizione, la dimensione dell'appartamento, la tranquillità e l'arredamento.

Il fatto che non ci sia un posto dove fermarsi con l'auto per scaricare i bagagli e la proprietà ti faccia capire, più o meno, che ti devi arrangiare. La pulizia non approfondita (abbiamo trovato alimenti non nostri nel frigorifero). La mancanza di canali italiani nella TV (almeno uno, ...). La non adeguatezza delle dotazioni (mancavano, cucchiaini, strofinacci, ecc); la doccia, pur essendo grande, perdeva copiosamente acqua dal soffione ed il termosifone/scaldasalviette, non funzionava. Il fatto che per qualunque cosa tu debba telefonare ad un numero, dove spesso risponde una segreteria telefonica. Quindi non hai mai un rapporto diretto con la proprietà. Tutte piccole cose, se vogliamo, ma che vanno ad incidere sul rapporto qualità/prezzo dell'alloggio e quindi sul punteggio dei servizi.

Settimana a Cannes

Monolocale relativamente nuovo posizionato in Rue D’Antibes dunque vicino al centro di Cannes, arredato in modo essenziale è comunque confortevole. Buona la Pulizia ed i servizi. Ottimo bagno e doccia con fornitura asciugamani.

La struttura non ha un parteggio e a Cannes è un disastro parcheggiare.

Annonce mensongère. L’appartement était présenté avec une “terrasse”, mais en réalité il s’agit d’un espace minuscule posé sur le toit, comme un grenier aménagé, sans confort ni vue. Rien à voir avec les photos ou la description. Sensation d’enfermement et expérience très décevante. À fuir

Szuper hely mindenkinek ajánlom

Minden szuper volt mint minden évben. Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, a strand 5-8 perc sétára, üzletek az utcában. Az ágy lehetne picit nagyobb kicsit így “összebújósak” az esték. 😊 Evőeszközök, poharak, mikro, vízforraló, hűtő stb. minden van az appartmanban.

Talán az ágy mérete de ez sem probléma igazán.

Ottima posizione, appartamento molto carino e confortevole. Letto grande e comodo. Abbiamo potuto usufruire di un posto auto coperto nel condominio a pagamento.
