Generally speaking the place was ok, but it was not inspiring at all, rather depressing.

The room had all facilities, which were necessary and useful. The room stayed warm, thanks to the AC unit, which was switched on 24h/24h. It was functional.

The access through another building. The stairs, which stayed wet, as is was raining. No view at all, as the room is built in a backyard of a bigger building. Not a place you would invite your friends to or brag about.

Great budget located spot for a short stay

Staff super nice and location amazing. I arrived early and they allowed me to work in their air-conditioned lobby of hotel. Staff walked me and helped with my luggage to the apartment. Door of actual apartment have 3 types of locks, which made me feel safe. Nice towels and olive oil soaps. Relatively clean, no mould, bathroom extraction fan strong.

Very very loud hallway. To all hours of night. I understand that it's not the host's fault and the apartment is located on a busy street. I barely heard the partying and people, just constant banging of the main door of the building. Room is extremely small for 3 grown adults, but either way, it's a great place to rest your head for a night or two.

The place is comfortable and clean. It's perfect if you're outside most of the time and then want to relax a bit from sightseeing. The shower size was perfectly fine. We didn't understand the complaints in the comments before.

Great location and clean. Handy kitchen

rock Hard pillows, very rude neighbours that screamed and yelled ever night in the wee hours after pub closed. The paper thin entrance door has no sound proofing, you here every foot step in the hall. Kitchen needs a few knives, salt n pepper, paper towel, etc. bathroom sink leaks and barely drains. World's smallest shower, good luck if your obese.

A quiet, central place to escape the bustle

Perfect location, very kind and helpful staff. The apartment is small but cozy and clean.

The kitchen was quite poorly equipped. Only one deep plate, two random knives, a coffee capsule machine but no capsules, no wine glasses. No oil or basic seasoning for cooking. We had to buy a lot of things to cook there.

I wouldn't hesitate to go there again !

The location is absolutely perfect ! Just a few hundred meters from a beautiful beach. Very convenient to go out as there are lots of restaurants, pubs and clubs around.

Unfortunately it isn't possible to park your car nearby the property, so there is pretty long distance to walk with the suitcases. Additionally, "pay & display" parking is limited up to two hours.

Ottima posizione ad un prezzo molto economico Semplicità e cortesia da parte dello staff dell’hotel Florian Appartamento con l’essenziale ideale per una famiglia di 3 persone massimo per poche notti

Pulizia assolutamente da rivedere, ragnatele e pavimenti sporchi già da appena entrati. Almeno una lavata per terra prima del check in, sarebbe da dare, basta poco. Secchio e mocio non presente in appartamento. Riscaldamento solo con stufetta, pompa di calore tramite split non funzionante.

Cuando llegue a la habitación había un señor arreglando el wifi y nunca nos consultaron si podía pasar, ni que iba a ir, nada… invadieron nuestra privacidad sin nuestro consentimiento. Nos pareció caro para el servicio que ofrece.

Можливість залишити багаж до заселення. Наявність кондиціонера, пральної машини. До центрального безкоштовного пляжу 5 хвилин , 10 хвилин до Monoprix. Ліжко зі зручним матрасом. Ванна.

Вікно у внутрішній двір, тому в квартирі темнувато. Але завдяки цьому тихо , бо навколо бари, ресторани та нічний клуб .

Buona posizione ma non bello come nelle foto

La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte di questa struttura, la receptionist era molto gentile e ci ha dato anche uno sconto per visitare l’isola Santa Margherita.

La pulizia non era il massimo, gli asciugamani non erano sufficienti per due persone, c’era molto rumore che veniva da fuori (se si lasciavano le finestre aperte di notte c’erano molti piccioni e gabbiani che stazionavano sul tetto e nel cortile sul quale si affaccia) e c’erano muri scrostati in bagno con anche piastrelle scollate. Il parcheggio della stazione non era disponibile e nonostante l’host ne fosse a conoscenza non ci è stato comunicato, quindi abbiamo pagato 2€ per entrare ed uscire dal parcheggio ed alla fine abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare a 1,5km da dove era l’alloggio (per trovare un parcheggio libero e non a pagamento).

El unico detalle fue el ascensor: muy pequeño. Solo lo utilizamos para subir y bajar las valijas. Pero aun así no le quita puntos. Volveria a reservar.

Posizione rispetto al mare

Appartamento terribile: 2 rampe di scale per arrivare e ho dovuto portare a mano tutti i bagagli attraversando dei lavori in corso per le scale (abbiamo dovuto passare tra sacchi di cemento, scale ed operai sporcando i vestiti di cemento e altro), impianto elettrico con fili a vista (estremamente pericoloso passare accanto ogni volta che si entra e si esce). Non è accettabile pagare per stare in vacanza e trovare una situazione così invivibile. Non si può offrire una location del genere. È irrispettoso per gli ospiti. È stata l' esperienza peggiore su Booking. Dovreste curare meglio la selezione degli appartamenti.

Proximité avec la plage, le centre ville. Propreté du logement

Bruyant la nuit, car se situe dans une rue de boîtes de nuit, bars etc : compliqué avec un enfant qui s’est réveillé. La salle de bain est un peu étroite et l’équipement des toilettes mérite d’être rafraîchi.
