On the day of check-in, I received a message from the host that check-in was not possible due to technical reasons. I asked about my next steps and the refund timeline, but received no reply. I contacted Booking.com support, but after a week I have not received any communication.

Sehr gemütliche, schön eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit automatischen Jalousien. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Lage ist perfekt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Posizione eccellente, però tenete in considerazione il caos dei locali che con le finestre chiuse comunque si sentono. C’è l’ascensore, ma vanno comunque fatti due piani di scale a piedi perché parte non dal piano terra e si ferma al quarto piano mentre l’immobile è al quinto

Le chiavi non erano disponibili in loco tramite locker, ma è necessario andarle a reperire a 6 min a piedi dalla location (la proprietà ci ha eccezionalmente permesse di lasciarle in casa uscendo altrimenti avremmo dovuto riportarle al supermercato) e la biancheria sia del letto che del bagno odoravano di muffa

La via dove è ubicato in quanto troppa confusione per rientrare. l’assenza di ascensore dal piano terra fino all’appartamento, ma ne eravamo consapevoli, e la possibilità d avvicinarsi con la macchina, ma anche ne eravamo a conoscenza. È più consigliato a chi ama la “movida”

Muy buena ubicación y mucho ruido nocturno!

Muy buena ubicación, en pleno centro y a un par de cuadras de la playa. Este estudio es un ático ubicado en el 5to piso de un edificio, con un muy pequeño elevador que te transporta hasta el 4to. piso y luego debes subir una escalera para llegar al último piso. Poco práctico si vas con equipaje grande. El lugar es minimalista y lindo con todo lo necesario para tu estadía. Tiene lavadora y elementos de cocina.

Un poco falto de higiene. Uno de los sofás tenía manchas y se veía muy sucio al igual que los almohadones. Encontramos blanket extra con manchas de sangre. La cama no era del todo confortable y nos resultó difícil descansar bien ya que por falta de aislamiento acústico, se escucha demasiado ruido por la noche por las fiestas de los bares y discotecas de la zona, hasta las 3-4 a.m. Muy buena iluminación natural, pero a las ventanas les faltaría cortinas black out para no despertarse a las 6 a.m. con tanto sol en la cara. Definitivamente no volvería! No lo recomiendo para familias!
