The location was good , it was a convenient place in the heart of Cannes.

The dryer on the washing machine did not work and there was also ants crawling around the apartment at night which had come into our beds and now we have bites all over our body as a result of this.

Loud and disappointing

The apartment is located in a VERY loud street. The bathroom didn’t feel very clean when we arrived and the facilities (toilet, windows, elevator, etc.) are not in good conditions.

The room was simple but the bed was comfortable and the air con worked well! Everything was clean and we appreciated the inclusion of washing machine/dryer.

Value in the heart of Cannes

Very good value in the heart of Cannes. The apartment was a good size for two, it had a kitchen with all the basics and the extra added benefit of a washing machine - with both a good sized drying rack and a tumble dryer!

The apartment is a bit old fashioned in design but that’s absolutely acceptable given the price which was low for something quite well-equipped and so central. It’s on a beautiful street BUT people who are looking for somewhere quiet should not stay here- music and chatting from the restaurant until 2am, then rubbish collections and other regular street noise starts up again early in the morning.

A passable room for a short stay on a budget but wasn’t a relaxing stay

It was near the beach. Staff were helpful when needing assistance.

Right next to restaurants who play music until late and start up again in the morning (especially loud on a Friday). The room we stayed in didn’t have any air con but a fan and the rooms weren’t sound proof (both points listed on the booking). The place was quite worn down and bed not too comfy.

The location was absolutely amazing and the staff over ar the Hotel Florian where I got the keys from were very friendly and helpful. The room was also very spacious.

The room was not super clean and did not smell very good at first. The AC was barely making any difference and as a result it was extremely warm all the time unless you kept the window open at night at which point there would be loud music coming from outside. I was not bothered by the noise but others might.

Bed was comfortable and location central.

The main air conditioning was broken in the room. This was not at all communicated when we checked in. A portable air conditioning was left in the room but not set up. As we did not know the main airconditioning was broken, we arrived back to our room at 23:30 to a 28 degrees celcius room, and my husband then had to put together the portable airconditioning and then we had to wait for the room to cool. Also, for the portable air conditioning to work, the window needs to be open. Luckily we were on a higher floor, but had we had an apartment on a lower floor this would have been a safety concern. The staff was always in a hurry, the appliances in the room are dated and damaged, and the elevator in the building is a little bit scary. To drop off luggage, you can park on the street, however it was not communicated that this is a private street and that you need to use an intercom at the entrance in order to drive up to the hotel. We were initially quite confused.

The heaters were not working in the apartments. we had to use electric ones which only gives heat to a certain place in the room. It was terrible cold in the apartment and also risky. you cannot leave them open and just go into sleep.
