Excellent choice for the Cannes Film festival period... 5 min walk to hot spots.
Excellent location. Very comfortable. Only bathroom too tiny. It was good for one person but not really for many people.

Perfect location, clean, and all you need.
Was there for work during a very busy time - great location and walkable to everything. Also very quiet street at night. Everything was clean and the host was very accommodating - including helping me with early checkin. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return next year.

Great location, good value for money!
Bedding was ripped and stained. Shower goes cold within 5 minutes. Had to buy our own hand soap and more toilet paper.

We found too many problems to give a positive review, sorry.
I only liked the very convenient and downtown location
When we arrived, no one opened the door for us because the intercom system was broken, luckily some people came out of the door and opened it for us. When we arrived from the entrance to the apartments we found it very difficult to open the doors as the boxes could not be unlocked with the code. 3 times the power went out and there was no accessible way to turn it back on, we found some dirty cups and many kitchen services didn't work like the fridge or the stove.

Il monolocale con soppalco si è rivelato molto pratico. Arredi un usurati ma tutto funzionale. Posizione eccezionale di fronte alla stazione dei treni, centralissimo, 5’ a piedi dal Palais di Festival, Port Vieux. Contornato da tutti i servizi necessari (al piano terra del palazzo c’è un MonoPrix supermercato). Nonostante sia centrale non è toccato dalla movida chiassosa notturna. Comunque ben insonorizzato verso l’esterno.
Ascensore guasto per l’intero periodo ma non dipende dal locatario. Piccolo appunto per il bagno, dove la docce non scaricava adeguatamente.
