The breakfast was delicious.
The location seemed pricey to me for a 100 sq ft room which required use of a bathroom down the hallway. However, this was prime season for the Island.

The location was phenomenal - close to town, very walkable, but sort of at the end of the main street so not as busy/crowded. Staff was amazing. Super helpful, hospitable and friendly. Made getting our bags from the ferry to the hotel and back very easy.
This is not a great place for you to stay if you have mobility issues - it's in an old Victorian home with lots of stairs/slopes/uneven floors. No elevator.

The location was great.
The room was extremely small. Hardly enough room for our luggage. No storage space. Shared bathroom with 6 other rooms was awkward, but we managed. The bathroom sink was the smallest we have ever seen. Tub with surrounding shower curtain was something out of the 1940s. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Little to none hospitality for a so called bed and breakfast.
