Convient location directly across from the ferry landing, neat and clean accomodations without the luxury pricing of other hotels.
The fire alarm going off during the night which turned out to be a false alarm.

Great location.
Old building. Looks like the last upgrade was 50 years ago. Totally outdated room and bathroom. The main reason they can charge the prices they do is the fact that they are located on the island. Definitely not the quality of the property.
