For what they charge- a muffin, soggy bagel and cold cereal is not what I expected to be "continental"- very disappointing, awful coffee, juice from a machine etc.. Lobby staff on check in not overly friendly nor informative. Plenty of other places to spend on island, would not be back here

Tried to cancel this reservation through Agoda. They never did follow through on the cancellation and helping me. Called the hotel and was told it had to be Agoda to take care of it. Could not go because of job situation so tried to cancel two weeks prior to reservation. No help.
