The address given to us is not on any map apps so it was hard to find.

Our family loved our time at this country home that we had to ourselves.

It’s located in a quaint and beautiful French countryside. The house was comfortable and spacious for our family of 6. We enjoyed the big nice yard, the Bocce ball area, and the horses and cows next door. It was just a few minutes from Pointe du Hoc and other D-Day related sites!

The shower head wasn’t great.

Excellent central base for everything we wanted to visit. Beautiful quiet location and close enough for amenities , groceries, fuel, beaches, museums. The home owner lives across the road from the property so close if any problems however if like us your French is severely lacking you will need a translator app as she doesn’t speak any English either lol

The mattress was a little too firm for my liking and only one thick pillow so struggled to get comfortable but so clean. A couple of light snuggle blankets would be nice for when the evenings set in as the house can feel cool but not enough to want to put heating on but a throw would do the job.

Fijn verblijf in een leuke omgeving

Het is een schone en ruime woning met een rustige ligging. Het uitzicht op het weiland ernaast is erg leuk met de koeien, stieren en paarden. De omheinde tuin is zeer groot, wat erg fijn was voor onze hond zodat hij lekker los kon rennen. Ook leuk dat er een jeu de boules baan aanwezig was. Het huis heeft een gunstige ligging ten opzichte van de vele bezienswaardigheden en de stranden in de omgeving.

De keuken is verouderd en is toe aan vervanging. De 2-persoonsbedden zijn kort en smal. Één van de twee 2-persoonsbedden kraakt nogal. De BBQ en de wasdroger zijn verroest. De kapotte tuin ligstoelen, de kapotte gieter en kapotte plantenbakken die op een stapel in de tuin liggen, hadden wel netjes opgeruimd mogen worden.

Super ! Un paradis pour notre petite chienne. Très spacieux, propre, bien décoré et idéalement placé pour les plages du débarquement. On recommande vivement !

Compact en comfortabele woning. Rustige ligging. Leuk dat er een jeu de boules baan aanwezig was. Gunstige ligging ten opzichte van bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Leuk om de koeien in het weiland ernaast te zien.

Viel me niet tegen, maar voor 6 personen is 1 toilet misschien wat weinig :)

Un logement très agréable dans une magnifique région

- Nous avons aimé le logement, sa propreté, son confort, ses équipements. Pas d’odeur de cigarette comme nous avons pu le voir dans les précédents commentaires, ça sentait bon. Le jardin magnifique avec vue sur un pré (vaches, veaux, chevaux), sublime. - Nous avons pu utiliser tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont nous avions besoin, nous n’avons manqué de rien - La région est incroyable et nous étions à proximité de tout ce que nous voulions voir - Le lit était particulièrement confortable - Hôtes particulièrement arrangeants sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ, merci encore pour cette facilité d’organisation

- Léger bémol pour les chiens du voisinage qui peuvent être assez bruyants ce qui n’est évidemment pas la faute des propriétaires mais bon a savoir lorsqu’on est particulièrement sensible à ce genre de bruits - Clôture qui n’était pas parfaitement close mais vu avec les propriétaires et sera probablement réglé pour une prochaine location

Top qualité/prix

Totalement au calme et pourtant à quelques minutes de voiture de tout les points historique omaha et Utah beach. Logement très propre et spacieux pour 6 personnes en chambre ( canapé lit rudimentaire) Nous reviendrons probablement 🙏 Chien admis mais attention, il faut qu'il soit sociable car beaucoup de Chien (adorable) en liberté.
