In summer and winter, young and old alike will enjoy it (large garden, veranda, wood stove, games room, WIFI, office for teleworking, petanque court).
Located in a quiet street near the town of Montfarville, 2 km from Barfleur, classified as "most beautiful villages in France", and 2 km from the sandy beaches, you will be happy to do without the car. A local shop is located 200m away and many shops in Barfleur (supermarket at 1300 meters, bakery, medical center, pharmacy...). Several beautiful sandy beaches are accessible nearby. They offer varied landscapes depending on the tides, beautiful sunrises, and fishing opportunities on foot in the open rocks. There are many possibilities for hiking and cycling. The house is close to the lighthouse of Gatteville, St Vaast-la-Hougue and the island of Tatihou, and also to the city of the sea of Cherbourg and the landing beaches.
A bright first floor with living room (with its open or closed wood stove and television) and fully equipped open kitchen, veranda (dining room), accessible bedroom for people with reduced mobility (with shower room and toilet) and separate toilet.
A floor with 3 bedrooms (1 with shower room), office-games room (with TV, board games, games and books for children), large bathroom (with bath, 2 sinks and 1 toilet), 1 separate toilet, baby gate at the top of the stairs.
The 60 m2 terrace is not overlooked and equipped with all the necessary garden furniture: table and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, parasols.
The garden is large and enclosed for the safety of children and animals. A petanque court and a ping-pong table are available as well as several games (badminton net, ball, molkky, rackets and beach games, small fishing equipment on foot). It is equipped with a wood shed (bicycle storage possible) and fruit trees.
The first floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility: bedroom with adapted furniture, separate bathroom and toilet, adapted washbasin, seat and shower bar, threshold adapted for access to the veranda, and threshold available for access to the terrace.
All beds are 160.
The WIFI works very well, with a box connected to the fiber.
Pets are welcome, with certain conditions of course.
Travel cot and baby chair on request.
The house is equipped with 3 smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.
It is equipped with a heat pump on the first floor, a thermodynamic water heater with heat pump and compost.
3 to 4 vehicles can park in front of the house. A Green'Up outdoor socket allows you to charge an electric vehicle.
