About this house rental
Put your bags down in this independent house, nestled in a peaceful area close to the city center (300m from the shops, 500m from an Intermarché. Swimming pool, children's playground and petanque court within walking distance.
The sea and its fine sandy beaches are only 4 km away. Ideal location to explore the region: Cité de la mer at 25 km, visit of the great harbour of Cherbourg, the landing beaches at 50 km and the Mont Saint Michel at 130 km.
The Accommodation
Warm house of 70m2 with courtyard at the front and pretty enclosed garden facing south at the back, ideal for enjoying the wooden terrace. On the first floor, you will find a friendly living space with TV lounge, an equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and line dryer, dishwasher.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms and an office area for families or groups of friends, there is wifi with fiber optics.
Outside on the terrace you have garden furniture and also a table and chairs.
There is a charging socket for electric cars outside is available on request and activated remotely, its use is charged at the end of the stay. It is strictly forbidden to use another socket in order to avoid any risk of damage to the electrical circuit. Consumption is measured by a dedicated meter.
Nearby: Les Pieux market on Friday mornings to stroll and discover local products, there are other farmers' markets Rozel, Siouville, Carteret.
