About this house rental
Cosy warm house with a spacious living and out door area. Located close to the Turangi shops and lots of things to do. There is space to park the boat off the road and a safe enclosed out door area around the back for kids.
Sleeps 7 in bedrooms and there is a pull out couch in lounge (comfortable inner sprung mattress) There is a 2nd toilet outside.
All the comforts of home, gas fire, dishwasher, DVD, etc.

Minimum of two nights stay
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$50.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Easy arrival and warm up. All tools for a good cooking event. Fantastic entertainment selection if required. Not sure why a vehicle parked in way up driveway. One recycling bin was hidden for some reason.

The house is in a quiet location and a short walk to the local shops and pool. Good sized section for family and off street parking for boats and cars. Plenty of kitchen equipment, blankets and pillows, plenty of hot water and the shower was great. However some of the cleaning left a bit to be desired with most flat surfaces in need of a good wipe down with dead flies left on the windowsills. Windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time as plenty of fingerprints and spiderwebs remained. We did enjoy our stay regardless of these issues.
