The Parklands Motorlodge & Holiday Park offers self-contained one-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette and satellite TV. Wholesome food is served at the popular Parklands' onsite eatery. Guests who catch trout during fishing trips can have it prepared by the in-house chef. Open from 6PM Mon - Sat (excluding public holidays) Activities such as fly fishing, whitewater rafting and scenic flights can all be booked at the front desk. Mt. Ruapehu’s Whakapapa Ski Resort is 35 minutes' drive away. The popular Tongariro Alpine Crossing and the Tokaanu Thermal Pools are only minutes away. The Parklands Motorlodge & Holiday Park is 25 mi from central Taupo and the Taupo Airport. Free parking is available.
