Enjoy stunning sunrises, a spacious deck, cathedral ceilings, a fully fenced yard for kids and pets, and all the comforts of home in a relaxing rural setting.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the cottage features a bright open-plan living area with impressive cathedral ceilings that create a spacious yet cozy atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, with a full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and plenty of bench space. Enjoy meals indoors around the dining table or outside on the deck overlooking the surrounding countryside.
Stay comfortable year-round with a heat pump, ceiling fans, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
Travelling with children? We've made a welcoming place for families - a fully fenced section, cute little kids' nook with books and toys. Spacious lawn for outdoor play. Safe outdoor space for children and pets
The large sun-soaked deck is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the surrounding farmland.
There's plenty of space for outdoor dining, reading a book, or simply enjoying the peaceful rural setting.
The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed. While the second bedroom has two single beds, which can also be set up as a large super king bed on request. All linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is bright and modern, boasting a separate toilet.
With a small Laundry just off the kitchen, with washing machine, dryer and a few essentials for your stay.
Parking is available right outside the cottage, with room to accommodate three vehicles comfortably, or even a motorhome.
The cottage is perfectly positioned for exploring the Waikato.
