The apartment is big and spacious, stylishly furnished, air-conditioned, and overall very comfortable. The localization next to the sea and on the edge of Grado's city center is a strong plus. The great thing are two entrances/terraces. It was generally quite clean except for the clogged vacuum cleaner bag we received in bonus. The staff of the hosting agenzia is generally very friendly, which doesn't mean easy to communicate with.

The apartment wasn't equipped with anything starting from toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, to trash bags and such. We had to organize everything from scratch. We didn't receive any information about waste sorting, or internet/wifi access. Multiple extra fees for cleaning, parking, towels, bedlinen, beach, which we wouldn't be aware of if we didn't ask. "Piano terra" means "many ants" in Italian - that was expected - but there was also water constantly flooding bathroom floor; traces of rust and fungus made us aware the problems didn't start with our arrival. The beach next to the appartment is a closed one behind sharped fence, quite expensive and unfriendly, using disturbing loudspeakers.
