This tri-level townhome is filled with natural light and offers ample square footage, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or individuals in search of spacious accommodations.
The primary level boasts a large entryway with tiled flooring, providing plenty of room for storing jackets and coats. This area also grants convenient access to the single-car garage and a bedroom furnished with two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom. Additionally, a washer and dryer are situated in the hallway. Guests can also enjoy the private outdoor hot tub for relaxation.
The second level showcases an expansive open floor plan, featuring numerous windows that frame breathtaking views of the Continental Divide. The vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of spaciousness throughout the room. The kitchen is generously proportioned, perfect for both cooking and entertaining, and is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. It also provides access to a private deck, complete with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area. The dining space comfortably accommodates a large table seating up to eight individuals.
The spacious living room includes a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming open area for everyone to enjoy. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available. The main floor features a master suite with a queen-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom, as well as a small powder room for general use.
The upper level offers a private loft space, perfect for enjoying a book after an active day at Winter Park Resort or throughout the Winter Park and Grand County Area. Secluded from the rest of the residence, this level also includes a spacious bedroom suite with a queen bed and a large master bathroom, providing a tranquil environment for relaxation.

Great rental and perfect location to ski, sleigh rides, restaurants, groceries, etc. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was in good working order. We found a few minor repairs that needed fixing and Jim the handyman came right over to fix some of it. Only snafu was we didnt get a code to enter upon checkin, but a quick phone call to the office fixed that.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Well stocked and easy to use. I only had 2 concerns. The bottom room temperature was always cold and we were never able to get the temperature comfortable. The second "inconvenience" was not have a keypad on the actual unit, needing to go to the front office and to obtain and return keys was tricky but we got it worked out. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again.
