Minimum stays (3 - 5 nights) are required during holidays and high seasons/ festivals throughout the year. One night stays are only considered. Please inquire with your dates before booking if you are unsure!
This private home located in the Elk Run Subdivision (just up Vasquez Road) is perfect for your vacation to the Rocky Mountains. Park your car in the garage and take the shuttle to the slopes.
The lowest level of the home is perfect for entertaining as it contains a new flat screen TV, pool table, foosball, large love seat and sofa ( Sleeps 10 - 11 using the pull out) A full bath services this level and the lower level bedroom which contains a twin-size bed over a full-size bed. The outdoor hot tub is accessed through this level as well.
On the main level you will find the large, modern kitchen with eat in dining room. The table is large enough to seat 8 to 10 people. Just out the dining room door to the deck is a stainless natural gas grill. The main living area is located on this level as is a half bath and pull-out sofa. Another large flat screen TV is provided. Beautiful hardwood floors have been installed throughout. Oh, the laundry room is on this level near the entry way and you can access the internet here as well.
Finally, the upper level has three more bedrooms each with queen beds and TV's. The master bath contains double sinks and a newly remodeled open shower. Another full bathroom is located in the hall to service the other two bedrooms.
**The quiet hours for the town of Winter Park are from 10 pm to 7 am. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Fines start at $1500.00 per occurrence. ' Per the Rules and Regulations, during quiet times, no activity (including voices, music or other sounds) is permitted on any Lot, or any of the Common Properties, that can be heard by a person with normal hearing on any Lot which is a part of the Association.' This being said there should be no hot tub use after 10 pm due to the nature of the noise which occurs while using the hot tub.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home 8/2-8/9. This home is well maintained and the best stocked home of any we have rented. There is everything you could need in a kitchen which is so helpful. We had a minor issue and it was fixed immediately. It was very easy to access the home. I Highly recommend this home you won’t be sorry. The owners were so easy to contact and work with!

Beautifully built home with all amenities..cooking, furnishings, entertainment. Our family was extra comfortable...and snowing everyday was a Bonus for Hawaii kids.

This place is 50' from the brown bus loops to the resort. Which is super convenient! Made getting to the mountain so much easier! House was as listed. Small things are off, hot tub isn't level so after youre in it for the first time the water is low. Only 1 pools stick usable, Microwave stopped working during our stay. Bedrooms are spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. Overall good stay
