Completely remodeled 3 bedroom townhome offers 3 private decks and a wonderful creek view. Main entry floor is on the ground floor with full bathroom and a large bedroom with Captain’s Bunk, sitting area, flat screen TV. On the main floor is the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, large screen TV. The second story private deck has a wonderful view of Vasquez Creek and surrounding forest. The kitchen has granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar for 4 and additional seating at the dining table for up to 6 guests. A master bedroom suite has king bed, small sitting area, flat screen TV and access to private deck.
On the third floor of the townhome is the second master suite with King bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, full bathroom and private deck.
Other amenities include mud room area, washer and dryer, 2 private decks with river views, private patio with outdoor firepit, no air conditioning, outdoor parking for up to 2 cars with assigned spots.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
