About this house rental
This over 3,000 square foot 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom home has everything you and your family or friends could possibly want for a mountain vacation. The home has astonishing mountain views, a private hot tub, a gourmet kitchen, a large dining room, BBQ grill, WiFi, washer/dryer, game room, and two living areas with large flat screen televisions.
The large home can accommodate up to 16 guests with plenty of room to spread out. The main floor has a large kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as the master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving large meals. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms each with queen beds and a shared bathroom with double sinks. Downstairs is a children’s paradise with another large living room with pull-out couch and game room with a ping pong table. There is also an additional queen bedroom, a bunk room with 4 double beds and another shared bathroom.
Guests have access to the entire home excluding several locked owner’s closets. There is also a private patio and hot tub in the back of the house.
Guests are provided a welcome kit with all instructions and rules prior to check-in. We are available via phone and email to answer any issues or questions following check-in.
$300 - One time Cleaning Fee
$500 Refundable Damage Deposit

It is conveniently located from all of your favorite summer and winter mountain activities including skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, hiking, golfing, mountain biking, boating, and four wheeling. It is also close to the grocery store, shops and restaurants and has easy access to the Winter Park ski resort and town via a free shuttle that picks up and drops off at the end of the street.

Wonderful stay! Snow wasn't great (obviously not the property owner's fault) but we still had a blast! The house was perfectly sized for 3 families with 6 kids ranging from 8 to 14. Adults took the 3 bedrooms on the upstairs level and main floor, while the kids had the lower level to themselves. The unit was fully stocked with all you need in terms of kitchen dishes, pots & pans...etc., laundry detergent, and shampoo, soap, and conditioner. Plenty of parking space for 3 large vehicles.Aside from skiing at Winter Park and depending on the weather, we'd also highly recommend the ropes course, rock climbing, and ice skating at Winter Park Adventure Quest.

Just a great home- highly recommend. Near everything, within 3 miles of Winter Park and very easy access. Home had all the amenities and was very comfortable and very relaxing. Nice private location and very accommodating for my large family. The host's were excellent and very easy to work with. 10 of 10 for sure. I wish all my future stays / experiences will be as great as this one was. Thank you so much. If we return to Winter Park we will try our best to stay again with you and hope there is availability. The house was excellent with plenty of space and everything we needed for a fantastic ski vacation. All directions were easy to follow and our stay was flawless!
