Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The rental was very clean and the kitchen well stocked.

Lots of space and privacy! Bathrooms for everyone. Very clean throughout. Parking garage with elevator made for an easy move-in/out and an easy commute to the base. I would definitely stay here again. Just a few notes for the property manager: kitchen knives could use a sharpening and the cold water faucet handle in the master bath jetted tub leaks while partially open.

Everything was as expected. Need to ask owners to fix bathroom door in master bedroom. The doors will not slide because of the carpet

Beautiful villa located in the hills above Winter Park with amazing views. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable property. Covered parking was a nice addition to the unit. We were feeling very spoiled!
