Plan your getaway to this magnificent pet-friendly vacation home in Winter Park, Colorado. This spacious residence offers all the comforts and amenities necessary for a perfect family holiday, featuring three bedrooms and 2,790 square feet of living space distributed over three levels, all just minutes away from Winter Park Resort.
The main level showcases an open-concept layout that includes a gourmet kitchen, a dining area that can seat up to eight guests, and a living room embellished with large windows that provide stunning views of the forest and mountains. The area is enhanced by vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a generous deck equipped with a BBQ grill. Furthermore, a half bathroom is conveniently situated on this level.
The primary bedroom suite, located on the uppermost level, is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, offers access to a private deck, includes a flat-screen TV, and features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious soaking tub, dual vanities, and a separate shower. Adjacent to the bedroom is an open loft area furnished with a small sofa, creating an ideal spot for relaxation and reading.
The lower level comprises a den adorned with a varied collection of artwork, a flat-screen TV, a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and access to a private patio that features an outdoor hot tub. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed and includes a private bathroom. Additionally, the third bedroom contains a queen bed and boasts large windows that provide a view of the mountains. The laundry room is equipped with a high-end washer and dryer.
Located two-thirds of a mile from the main street in downtown Winter Park and three miles from the Winter Park Resort, this property is also accessible via the complimentary town shuttle. The garage provides parking for two vehicles only. Guests with additional vehicles must use the public parking facility located near Cooper Creek Square on Main Street.
Smoking is prohibited. The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association explicitly forbids guests from smoking on the premises. These regulations are rigorously enforced. Any guests found smoking on the property will incur a fine of 200 for each day of violation.

The location was as expected. It was a little smaller than I expected but served our needs. One of the beds was broken when we arrived, several light bulbs were out in the master bath and living room. No garage opener was provided and the water to the icemaker in the refridgerator was not hooked up so we had to buy ice. Maintenance was not very attentive to my calls and on one occasion never called back. The unit had potential to be great but these problems detracted from my rating.
