Europa Hotel

What impressed me most about this hotel was the level of care shown by the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring guests had a positive experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The common areas were also very well maintained and inviting. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to the lake and many of the city's attractions. I left with only positive memories and would happily stay here again in the future.

Being able to walk easily to local attractions was a huge advantage.

It is always refreshing to stay somewhere that clearly cares about guest satisfaction. Every member of the team was courteous and attentive, making us feel appreciated throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and kept in excellent condition. Breakfast offered plenty of options and was served in a pleasant setting. The location was ideal for exploring Kastoria, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others.

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The facilities are modern. The staff very helpful. The hotel doesn't have a parking but there is a private one next to it and it's not expensive.

The reason I chose this hotel over the others was the spa services. When I got to hotel the stuff told me I had to inform them about me wanting spa services. And so the service wasn't available.
