Pleasant views, team, location & service. Value for money. Good base for waterfall and rice terrace walk. Many food and drink options nearby. Comfortable bed and room facilities.

A touch functional, not clear who was in charge, not much sense of a personalised interaction between guest and management; extra bed in room is a tight squeeze.

The view is what we will remember

The views are stunning.

Several things, including the hoards of Roosters that surround the property. It's not a homestay in the traditional sense, the owner and her family are not in residence and there's no eating supper together as you do in a homestay. It's a guesthouse of sorts. Food was not to our liking but seemed popular with others. Zero information about the surrounding area, walks or anything really, which is a missed opportunity.

Nadya Homestay - Heaven experience in Munduk

The property is amazing. View from the room is great overlooking the mountain ridge and a great terrace along with pool on bottom floor. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are very clean. Hot water in bathroom. Overall great property.

There is a poultry farm on the side which can annoy few people. As Munduk is in jungle area, there are ants at someplaces which some people might not like. But nothing as a big red flag.

Beautiful view but construction ruined the peace

Absolutely gorgeous view! This is the main reason to stay here as it's breathtaking. Good breakfast options. Location is great with some really good warungs nearby.

Unfortunately, we had a few issues that meant we had to leave early and stay elsewhere. The main one was there was a lot of construction noise going on all day meaning we couldn't relax by the pool as it was next to the building work, nor was there much peace or relaxation. It would have been good to have been pre-warned about this. They do have a sign up visible upon check-in but pre warning guest would be better. Staff did apologise and refund one night. In terms of facilities, the bedroom door had uneven wooden panel frames which meant someone could look through the gaps directly into our room. We had to put a towel up on the door just in case for privacy (as two female travellers). Bedsheets and one cushion had stains on. The noisy chickens/cockerels at 4:30am didn't bother us too much as it's part of the rural experience, but be aware it can be challenging to sleep in the morning.

Nice hotel-like homestay with a beautiful view.

The location was really nice, close to different warungs where you can have good food for a reasonable price. And the view is beautiful. We stayed at the bungalow near the pool. It is spacious but you will have a lack of privacy. We didn’t mind the steps: however when you need to take your luggage up again it is quite a work-out ;).

It hasn’t got the vibe of a Homestay; it feels more like an hotel. Personnel is friendly, but not really service-minded.

Best accommodation in Munduk

Probably the best accommodation in Munduk for this price. The pool was a nice size with amazing views, exactly like the photo. The room was a nice size, bed was comfortable and there were a few family restaurants nearby with easy access for day trips around Munduk. Bed was comfortable and the staff were so nice and helpful.

There is a lot of construction happening but this didn’t really bother us as it wasn’t noisy when we were sleeping. There were ants in our room , but I could tell the property done their best to repel insects but it’s a bit unavoidable in Munduk.

Comfortable and beautiful views

I loved the view, it was amazing. I liked that the most and my bedroom.

I didn’t like the bathroom, it was very old and felt not clean. I didn’t like that they had water facilities but there was no water when i needed it. It was noisy from chickens but they do give free earplugs.

Nice rooms, nice staff, wonderful view

The only thing - breakfast. The “continental” breakfast was poor. They try to do international breakfast but both toasts and pancakes weren’t good, the portion was small, no vegetables, bread.. taste not good, we went on our own breakfast directly after check out, because we were hungry. If you offer such breakfast it should be on the same level as the Indonesian breakfast

Stunning homestay, amazing value for the money

I honestly can’t fault this place at all, the location is stunning, I could have looked across the mountains forever. The staff were very friendly and helped me through even took my washing to the laundrette for me.

Nothing was bad with my stay but I will warn other guests that there is no sound proofing so the natural sounds can get pretty load during the early mornings

Amazing view and great pool!

I opted for a superior room and it was super spacious, clean and had an amazing view of the rainforest with a private balcony. Staff were super helpful and had nice Indonesian food options on offer in their restaurant.

The roosters in the nearby villages are soooo loud! Kept wakening us up but I don’t think you can escape this in the area lol

Great time in Munduk

Nadya homestay was a perfect place for our vacation in Munduk. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was nice and the view was great. They also provide good breakfast and dinner options. They can arrange transport, scooter rental and laundry, everything went well for us.

We had the deluxe cottage next to the Pool and it was very clean, nice rain shower, beautiful view to the mountains and clean pool. The restaurant from the homestay was super delicicous and all in all very fair and good prices. Close to the waterfalls by walking. Staff is super friendly we enjoyed it. Thank you so much!

Friendly place with astonishing views

The place was really nice - awesome view both from the rooms terrace as well as from the pool and restaurant. Food was also really good both in the restaurant as well as for breakfast. People were most friendliest we so far met in Bali! We also booked a tour through the rice fields and vegetation via the homestay which was really good and also child friendly. Would highly recommend to anybody who wants to stay in Munduk, which is certainly worth it!

You can hear a cock in the morning, but the place provides ear plugs. And I guess wherever you are in Munduk you will hear one. For us it wouldn’t be a reason not to come back!!!

Best Batukaru views from the pool

Spending hours relaxing at the beautiful pool just watching the amazing mountain views, the quiet environment, watching milion stars at night, super comfy bed and nice room. We loved it

We liked the place a lot. Just the wifi signal was not arriving at our room.(the last one in the first floor). Recommended going to sleep early since it's a rural area with chicken and rooster farms around which wake up early ;)

Your Experience is Going to Depend on the Floor

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom as well. The room service is good and the staff are very welcoming.

Your stay here could be a 8 or 9 out of 10 or 6 like mine depnding on the floor you get. I got the bottom floor which is directly in front of the pool. The front of the room is all glass and it is not reflective, so you have 0 privacy if you are in the bottom floor. Worse yet, the wifi does reach the bottom floor and the hotel was full so they couldn't change my room. The hotel's wifi is quite good, but the signal does not reach the bottom floor. Lastly, the food is bad to put mildly.

The view from the room is amazing. Rooms are comfy. The pool area is well maintained. Food very tasty too.

The neighbourhood is not touristic, so even though the hotel is very decent, you have full view of people's simple houses. But that is not really a problem. And you will hear the roosters.
