Beachouse Lovina

Our stay here was really magical. The views were exceptional as were the staff at the service.

The terrain is a little tricky. The paths are uneven, so really need to be careful walking about.

Best location in Lovina, very charming place and kind staff. Dolphin tours leave 2min away from the hotel, very convenient. Breakfast is nice and the view amazing ! Thank you

A beautiful and well-located place right near the beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

Perfect location for water activities. Departure point is just in front of the hotel. Nice pool. Team is also very good.

The view was divine! Literally right on Lovina Beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was lovely, spacious and clean. The bed super comfy and great hot water in the bathroom. A beautiful pool to cool off in also.

No tea or coffee or kettle in bungalow, advertised as all on one level but sleeping area was upstairs if you wanted Seaview. This should have been made clear as an older couple it was a bit difficult and we would not have enjoyed for longer than the two nights we stayed. Restaurant food was hit and miss as to being edible this came from kitchen in main resort.

On the doorstep of the beach, lovely sunsets, and nice little restaurants within a few walking steps. General good location as well. Staff are very nice, and the overall aesthetic of the setting, gardens etc is pleasant. Place has great potential, but ....

A lot. Bathroom needs updating. Extractor fan makes so much noise and gargles. Sink drips, door handles mouldy, bathroom has an odd smell. Whole room has a smell. The cupboard absolutely reeked so couldn't put anything in it. 1 bedside table so no storage. The bed squeeled like hell with slightest movement, but mattress was comfy. A lot of noise if you have anybody above you. Bright lights shine through the blinds. The water facilities burnt me first day, and they had to get it all fixed by one of the staff. Mediocre breakfast. Pool is OK, but only 2 loungers, so can't relax, and they have none out on the beach part. Was just in general disappointing in quite a few areas. With the amount of staff they have, some changes could be made easily and would change a lot of comfort and the stay in general.

All was very good, especially for this amount of money. Staff forgot about my breakfast after first order, but they made it really fast afterward and it was delicious, Thank you ^^

the rooms were nice and the view from the balcony plesent.

there were no facilitices in the rooms. also the site was surronded by nothing, about a ks walk to dolfin statue.

Bamboo cottage was pretty impressive in that the construction, the traditional shape and the roof thatching were well made. Being on the beach front, the views were great. The pool, although not huge, was clean and private being surrounded by the rooms. Loads of beachfront places to hang out, eat and drink (compare your prices though - some of the venues charge up to an extra 21% on top of your bill for taxes and service charge, plus 3% more again if you pay by card) within easy walking. The side streets offer more warungs plus shops and services like laundry. The main road isn't too far away either with a close by bank of ATMs

The stairway up to the bedroom was pretty precarious with no consistency in the width of the treads and risers, plus no handrails to speak of once half way up. This is a bit of a safety issue if you need to head downstairs for a midnight bathroom trip. It would have been good too if there was a bench or something to put our bags on, rather than just one small bedside table. There were no bedside lamps/lights either which meant turning off the main light at night and hoping to fumble our way to bed without toppling head first down the stairs. We think that at least tea and coffee basics and a kettle should be a given (they were in every other accom we stayed in across Bali) and a small fridge to keep drinks cold or store any food that we had with us. Our main gripe - and probably one we either should have thought about before booking (or at least been made aware of in the ad) - was the 5:00am clatter of the dolphin-watching boats and their clients and the snack kiosk right out the front. This was exacerbated by all the motorbikes bringing people to the boats. But most of all, the freaking incessant barking of the local dogs most of the night and especially as that 5:00am parade began. That's another reason to have tea and coffee making facilities available. Being wide awake at 5 but nowhere to make or buy a coffee until at least 7:00am is not fun.

This hotel is worse then ever .. they don't have water and also when I was there the electricity is Off. About the water they said, because so much people's there and the running out of water???they should closed the hotel if they don't have a water. Because we pay to stay there and not for free. Also in the parking area some man was doing pee there awhile I was sitting at the balcony for breakfast ..sadly ..I stop my breakfast cause I'm loosing my appetite. And when I left they still want me to charge for the smoothie that I order in that morning awhile I already paid for 3 nights and I canceled after 1 night.

The bed linen had stains and smelled funky, I just kinda ignored it. The staff were nice, location is okay (no shopping just restaurants). But for the price I paid was okay for the 2 nights and booked last minute.

The property was absolutely filthy. Staff were untrained and had no idea about the importance of cleanliness. Air conditioning was useless. There were no cups or glasses etc for the use of guests. Location not as described and extremely noisy morning noon and throughout the night. I cannot understand why the reviews I read were positive and asked if they were written by themselves. I would not recommend staying at this property even if you are homeless.

There was nothing positive or nice about this property. Stay well clear.

Right on the beach, the bamboo huts and the pool

other travellers might like to know that ear plugs help if staying in the bamboo huts as noise from outside is very audible. Also use mosquito repellent even with the nets on the beds.

Good ambience,near to the beach,cozy and friendly staffs

The place was very nice and clear. Stuff was very kind. Problem was that the hotel is from natural materials and we could listen everything. We listened what our neighbours said. We were there in rainy season so the beach was very dirty, but the hotel has swimming pool, so if you are going on trips it is ok and very nice place to stay there.

Personalet var rigtig søde.. Der var rene lagner og håndklæder. Et fint sted som et low budget hotel.

Stedet mindede mere om et motel end et hotel. Der var meget støvet og beskidt i værelserne der var kun køleskab i det ene. Det var svært at finde personalet i løbet af dagen og det var små portioner morgenmad.

Die natürlich Anlage, Bambus ubd traditionelle Materialien. Schöner Pool. Als Alleinreisender konnte ich ein etwas größeres Frühstück bekommen.

De ligging is echt fantastisch, direct aan de zee, buitenkant verblijf ziet er heel goed uit.

Direct aan het strand Zwembad is wel oké, maar erg klein.

Gedateerde huisjes. Waar al lang geen onderhoud aan gepleegd is. Zeer luidruchtig, wanden zijn van bamboe. Veel lawaai van buiten, auto’s en scooters die geparkeerd worden Veel overlast tot diep in de nacht. Levensgevaarlijke lage leuning op de eerste verdieping waarbij je de kans hebt om als je uit bed stapt naar beneden te vallen.

Dat we naar een ander hotel verhuisden.

Badkamer was niet te harden, spijkers kwamen uit de trap. WC op een andere etage....etc etc...

Wir hatten ein Strandhaus und haben neun Nächte dort verbracht. Das Strandhaus ist aus Bambus und somit hellhörig, was uns aber nicht störte. Der Pool umfasst von den Zimmern und den Strandhäusern war sehr schön. Es ist rustikal eingerichtet aber alles sauber und die Matrazen waren sehr gut. Zum Strand sind es gerade mal 10 Meter und zum nächsten Restaurant 30 Meter. Streetfood ist zwar zu Fuß erreichbar, aber man ist ca. 30 Minuten unterwegs. Das Hotel hilft gerne bei der Rolleranmietung. Nebenan gibt es auch eine sehr gute Massage, danach fällt man entspannt ins Bett. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft super zufrieden und würden immer gerne dort wieder übernachten und uns von Ann und ihrem Team umsorgen lassen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für die gute Betreuung.
