Terrible scam! Avoid this place! We were greated by a guy at arrival. When we said we wanted to do diving, he took us to his office and showed us a price list with Diving 125 Euros per 2 dives and 65 Euros for snorkelling. We thought it was expensive, but it looked official. He offered us a free dolphin tour when we bought the diving and snorkelling. We did not plan to go on dolphin tour, but accepted the free offer. The guy would pick us up next morning to drive us to the dive/snorkeling area after he haf picked up all the guests from other hotels. Next morning we were picked up by other guys. No other guests were going on the trip. After paying, we realised we had paid way too much which was confirmed by the company performing the dives/snorkelling with us. We tried to reach the guy/owner multiple times but he disappeared after we had paid and never came back. The owner of the diving company reached out to the guy/owner/hotel to get an explanation of why he charged us 4 million IDR too much, but never reached him. A lady at the hotel said the price we paid was for diving/snorkelling + dolphin tour + transfer from the hotel at check-out. The price for dolphin tour was 0 IDR as it was offered for free. We never heard about the transfer and had not booked it. We heard so many lies these days and really hope others stay away from this scam hotel agency! At the hotel they kept saying this guy is not from the hotel, he just has the agency next door. The phone number for the hotel at booking.com is the exact same as for the tour agency - just another lie! For the hotel: We booked a room for 3. There was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, we had to ask for it. The excuse was that the hotel was fully booked? If this was true, we recommend updating booking.com accordingly as at least 3 of the 9-10 rooms were available for booking..

Quiet and relaxing. Staff allowed us to change rooms when the aircon in ours was not working great.

Bathroom was a bit wet and floor took ages to dry out due to shower being next to toilet.

It was nice and the staff was really good

Very relaxing place. Immersed in the nature. Spacious rooms. I really liked the massage beds in the garden. The manager gave us good advices on the right trips to take. I really recommend this place!

The location for me was perfect , I like quiet so being off a quiet road in its lovely surroundings was perfect . The rooms are large and really comfy , super clean . The staff / owners are first class and provide great food . The pool is also the perfect addition to a perfect stop over .

Forgot the towels and no one to contact overnight.

Very nice garden and pool area.

Room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We found several leftovers of our predecessor like half full water bottles. Also the sink and mirror was still dirty. Only one big towel per person. No hand or pool towels. The shower stinks extremely mouldy. It is one big room with a sink, shower and toilet. There are no boundaries. After showering the bathroom is flooded and everything is wet. Breaktfast is very disappointing. Not a big choice, relatively small and not good quality.

The room was spacious.

Their Booking.com profile suggested that they were on the beachfront but infact did not have frontage to the beach and we're some 150 metres away. Staff were very business like and always after a sale. Very few beautiful Balinese smiles
